Rock Solid Advisor Academy is a free training program for financial advisors, sponsored by Accunet Mortgage LLC (NMLS ID 255368, Equal Housing Lender). This page explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and how to reach us about it.

What we collect

When you register for a cohort, you provide your name, email address, and any optional details you choose to share, such as your firm. Registration currently runs by email, and once cohort registration moves to Zoom, the information you enter there is also processed by Zoom under its own privacy policy.

Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and how people found us. This relies on cookies and collects standard usage data. It does not tell us who you are.

How we use it

We use your registration information to run the cohort: sending your join link and calendar invite, session replays, and materials related to the program you signed up for. That's it.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. And true to our word on the main page: no sales calls afterward. We don't chase.

Third-party services

This site uses Restream and YouTube for the public half of each session, Google Analytics for site measurement, and Zoom for webinars. Each of those services operates under its own privacy policy, and content they serve (such as an embedded video) may set its own cookies.

Your choices

You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and you can unregister from a cohort at any time by replying to your confirmation email. If you would like us to delete the registration information we hold about you, just ask.
